I’ve misplaced my ticket and don’t know where the event is being held in my city. What is the venue for my city’s event?
A.
Your receipt will have the venue name on it. If you’ve misplaced your receipt or simply want the most current information, go to the Dates/Tickets page and click “Information” for your city.
Q.
What if I am unable to attend? Can I get a refund?
A.
Due to limited seating, there are no refunds for unused tickets. You may gift/sell your ticket if you’d like to.

May I change my ticket from one city to another?
A.
Yes you may. Please call us at 202-448-2895 and we’ll be happy to move your registration to another city.

Can I bring a spouse or child to the event for free?
A.
Everyone must have a ticket to enter.
Q.
What time should I arrive for the seminar?
A.
Showing up early will give you a chance to meet and mingle with the sponsors and see what services and gear they have and how it can help your business. We chose our sponsors because we use their gear and services; we believe in them—they have added value to our business, and we think you’ll find the same thing applies to you.

What time should I arrive for the Daytime Cinematography Workshop?

Please arrive no later than 8:45am.

Can I be seated if I arrive late?
A.
Yes, but you’ll miss out on the most valuable information if you’re late…Monte used to say this great line whenever someone would enter the room belatedly…just as they arrived, he’d say: “And that’s the secret to how you can make 1 million dollars!”

What do I bring to be admitted into the event?
A.
Just print out the receipt that was emailed to you when you purchased your ticket online. If you misplaced that, don’t worry; we’ll have a list of all ticketholders with us onsite—we’ll just look you up.

Are meals provided for those who have purchased the Full Experience?
A.
We will not have food available as part of the class. Each location will have restraint facilities on site and nearby that you can purchase food from.

Can I bring food?
A.
Yes you may, different hotels have different policies please be discrete.
Q.
I forgot to put the discount code in when I registered and I already bought my ticket. How to I get the discount?
A.
If you simply forgot to enter the code, please call or email us within 24 hours after purchasing the ticket and we’ll apply it retroactively. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply a discount if it has been more than 24 hours since you made your order.

Do you have any other training materials?
A.
The Monte Zucker Photographic Education store has over a dozen titles on photography and film education.

Will there be discounts on products available at the seminar?
A.
Yes, there will be special show pricing at the show for a variety of gear and products.
Q.
Do I need to bring any gear to the Daytime Cinematography Workshop?
A.
No Gear is necessary. Bring a pen and a notebook though, because there’s a ton of information.
Q.
I ordered a DVD of the class. When will it ship? What method do you use for shipping?
A.
The Art of Visual Storytelling DVD’s and the book will ship AFTER the tour starts in mid-June. We use the United States Postal Service for to fulfill all of our orders.
Q.
I am in another country. Can I order the DVD and have it shipped to me?
A.
Yes, the online store will automatically gather your shipping address and international shipping charge. We will mail your order along with everyone else’s. We send all of our orders using the United States Postal Service.

I am military. Can you ship to AE addresses?
A.
Absolutely. If you’re having any trouble filling in your shipping information online, please call us at 202-448-2895 or emailsales@montezucker.com and we’ll take care of you.

Formed in 2007 shortly before Monte’s passing, MZPE’s purpose is to build upon Monte’s expansive educational achievements. Our mission is to provide the finest photographic and filmmaking instruction in the world in honor of Monte’s legacy as a legendary instructor and mentor. Our approach utilizes all of the finest forms of education to provide the aspiring photographer and filmmaker a comprehensive set of tools to reach his or her artistic potential. Monte Zucker Photographic Education authors books, produces DVD instruction, holds internationally-acclaimed tours, and gives classes at the largest photography and filmmaking educational tradeshows in the world.
